Sellers with a TradeAgree account begin on our home page by entering the item to be sold. On the following page the seller must enter the price of the item, the buyer's email address, and the specific trade agreement. We provide sample agreements for you to simply edit as required, including sale of goods; consultation and services; and domain name transfers.
Upon submission and payment of the agreement fee by the seller, both parties have access to the agreement online. The agreement is promoted to a valid legal document upon approval by the buyer. At that point, both parties may continue with their transaction with full confidence that they are protected by a legally enforceable document. It's that easy!
